A small tool
for the ceremonies of software.
Free, real-time agile ceremony tools built for the way modern teams actually work. Distributed, asynchronous, no SaaS bloat.
Our story.
ScrumChamps was born from a simple frustration: running agile ceremonies with distributed teams shouldn't require expensive subscriptions, complicated setups, or mandatory account creation.
We saw teams cobbling together spreadsheets, chat polls, and screen shares to estimate stories and run retrospectives. The tools that existed were either too expensive for small teams, too complex for quick sessions, or required everyone to create an account just to cast a vote.
So we built something different. ScrumChamps is a free, instant-access platform where anyone can start a planning poker session in seconds. No signup forms. No credit card prompts. No trial period that expires. Open the link, enter your name, start collaborating.
Our mission.
04 pillarsWe believe great agile practices shouldn't be locked behind paywalls. Our mission is to provide world-class ceremony tools that are:
Instant to Start
No accounts, no onboarding flows. Choose a tool, enter your name, you are in. We respect your time.
Built for Remote Teams
Real-time WebSocket connections keep everyone in sync, whether your team is across the hall or the globe.
Privacy-First
No accounts means no personal data to worry about. Session data is temporary. We collect only what is necessary.
Always Evolving
We're actively building new ceremony tools including retrospectives, daily standups, and sprint planning.
The team.
ScrumChamps is built and maintained by West 10 Tech (w10t.com), a W10 LTD company — a software development studio focused on building practical, well-crafted tools for modern development teams.
We are a small, independent team of developers and agile practitioners who use these tools ourselves every day. We understand the pain points of distributed agile workflows because we live them. Every feature we build solves a real problem we have encountered in our own sprint ceremonies.
We believe in shipping quality software, iterating based on real feedback, and keeping things simple. If you have thoughts on how we can make ScrumChamps better, we'd love to hear from you.
